Analysis in football is an exciting career path, with lots of different roles available. This module breaks the field down into the two main pathways: performance analysis and recruitment analysis. We look at the main job roles within each pathway, what each job involves, and the skills it requires.
Drawing on the career experiences of elite analysts, the module sets out the personal qualities needed to succeed. It also introduces the five main routes new analysts can take to get into the professional game.
