Drawing on the experience of professionals from the Premier League and Championship, this module explores what an analyst does at each stage in the recruitment analysis process. It demonstrates the power of the software tools at an analyst’s disposal. It also looks at the challenges analysts face and the solutions they can adopt.
A final interactive exercise gives you the chance to make the case for data-based recruitment, advocating for data processes with an experienced scout.
